In the New York's Upper East Side, everything seems to be possible. Walking along the elegant Madison and Park Avenues, you can find elegant townhouses next to huge multi-apartments condos that overlook Central Park, with their doormen in pristine uniform always ready to help owners and tenants, call taxis, take packages and groceries.
In an upscale pre-war apartment in Park Avenue, the team of architects at Gustavson Dundes Architecture & Design successfully composed a symphony between American style and Italian flair, with the precious notes of glass used to make the residence even more unique.
With its high ceilings, the dining room is the focal point of the apartment: with an intimate canvas on the wall, the grand entrance of restored embossed doors introduce the guests to a classic dining table and comfortable armchairs ready to entertain.
Our Sospesa, a refined piece of sheet glass of sleek design, gives a twist of modernity to the environment and gently combines the cold transparency of glass with the refined classy tones of beige and the warmth of wood.
A bestseller from its launch, Sospesa has widely been specified by architects and designers who loved the essential shape of this lamp and its luminous and clear radiance, now also available in LED.

When design professionals commit to a prestigious renovation in the exclusive borough of the Upper East Side, the desire to exceed owner expectations is always high.
With its high ceilings and natural light setting the tone of the space, the blissful color palette and a seamless mix of statement pieces, graphic artwork, and ethnic accessories, this Chelsea duplex apartment personifies sophistication and elegance.
The natural tones coupled with hand-blown Italian glasswork of the three F27 Aérostat table lamps truly accentuate the opaque white walls of the room. The contrasting heights (14.6" and 21") and various finishes (Satin Nickel and Brass) of the F27 Aerostat lamps both complement and offer a contrast with the antique hues used in the fireplace and mirror as well as the bold tones of the chairs and accessories throughout the space.
It is very easy to imagine Don Draper sitting in one of the armchairs while sipping his whiskey and thinking about his next successful advertising campaign.
Since its launch, F27 Aérostat has been favored by designers for its unique diffuser shape reminiscent of a contemporary schoolhouse design style. Recent enhancements to the family have added the singular metallic cage structure to floor lamps and pendants. This prevailing collection, designed for indoor spaces, is now available in all decorative lamp categories with many variations stocked in the United States.
